Red rock or grey whale cove? I'd rather do Sunday, but can do either day. What days can other people go? I'm hoping we can make it a little more organized....like maybe have a potluck...or maybe that's just the lesbian in me being unleashed for a moment;) GOD, I crack myself up...is that pathetic? (rhetorical question).
I think I'd rather grey whale cove because the beach is..well...there's a lot more sand and the water is swimmable, but then we won't see Pi and Memory. Hmmm. Toss up.

Where exactly is Grey Whale Cove? I like the swimmable water notion. And potluck ain't bad neither. -

Wed, April 20, 2005 - 11:36 AMRe: Grey Whale Cove. It's the beach before Montara. There's a parking lot on the left hand side of the road and a steep driveway down to the beach on the right. It used to be private, but not any more. It's a really beautiful beach, but I don't know what the rip currents etc. are like for swimming. There's just a lot of room, for those of you who want to bring ice-skating rinks and the like;)

I'd be down for Grey Whale on Sunday (the first nude beach in California I ever visited), but it looks like rain.
Plus, I think your notion of "swimmable" is very different from mine ;)
