Hi tribesters. Just got back from Antigua a couple of days ago, and am stuck in a crappy situation....so I'm in the humbling position of putting it out there that I need some help.

I have a very painful health condition that is currently keeping (my normally sassy and spunky self) housebound. I'm out of food, my place is a disaster...well, you get the picture.

If anyone would be willing/able to drop some vegan food by I'd be so grateful, and I promise to return the favour when you're feeling down.

And, of course, I hope you all are enjoying your beach days. I'm missing my Caribbean days already....but damn, there's not much going on in Antigua. There is, however, an AWESOME nude beach there, with goats running around on it, and an awesome little reef off it should you ever find yourself there.
